You will need to complete the online workshop evaluation form in order to receive credit.

PLEASE NOTE the evaluation website is set to EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) (GMT -4 hours).
Sessions will be available for evaluation the day after the session is completed.

Once you have finalized the evaluation, you will have access to your certificate of credit.
If you registered on site, or after the pre-registration deadline, you will have access to the online evaluation and credit certificates two weeks after the workshop.
