Synopsis

Keywords: Transferable skills: Research coordination

Among contemporary laboratory personnel, particularly the newbies, mentees possessing limited familiarity with MR basis and techniques are frequently encountered. The prior coaching of these mentees in fundamental MRI principles is essential for effective communication during practical MRI experiments. The current talk demonstrates the combination of multimedia tools and interactive group discussions to foster student engagement in MRI education. Moreover, integrating problem-based learning methodologies in educational courses empowers our mentees to independently navigate experimental design, data acquisition, and result interpretation. By embracing these strategies, mentees can cultivate proficient application skills and foster critical thinking capabilities in MRI.
