With the technical development and the clinical validation of 4D Flow MRI, it is doable in routine clinical diagnosis with valuable hemodynamic information.

In this talk, we are going to discuss the technical challenges and clinical applications of 4D Flow MRI, especially in intracranial arteries. In technical challenges, accelerated acquisition and advanced post processing will be presented regarding to the long acquisition duration and large dataset of 4D Flow MRI. In clinical applications, intracranial aneurysm will be selected to demonstrate the potential clinical impact of 4D Flow MRI.
