Dr Ohene is an ECR with experience of bottom-up culture change through grassroots organisation. She helped found the Minorities in STEM network and The Blackett Lab Family, UK collective of Black physicists. She will overview the organisation(s) they have been involved in, the specific changes they have achieved, and their overall perspective of /approach to achieving change outside of an appointed leadership position.
