Synopsis

In this talk I will discuss some of the unique challenges of of acquiring CMR data in patients with CH. I will specifically discuss the problems with imaging children and the need for more comprehensive assessment of physiology.I will then discuss technical approaches to these problems including the use of real-time imaging for free breathing acquisition and 4D flow for comprehensive hemodynamics.I will also discuss the need a more parsimonious approach to CMR protocols on CHD to reduce scan times
