MR enterography is critical
to the diagnosis and continued assessment of children and adults with Crohn’s disease.
In this talk, we will review how radiologists can maximize value when
performing MR enterography through: 1) Standardized reporting, including
meaningful impression statements, 2) Accurate assessment of intestinal
inflammatory activity and therapy response, and 3) Detection and accurate
characterization of Crohn’s disease-related complications and extra-intestinal
manifestations.
