Synopsis

Advanced imaging of pediatric brain tumors will be discussed with emphasis on clinical scenarios.

Objectives

•Review evolution of tumor imaging over time

•Review advanced imaging techniques including DWI, PWI, and MRS for the application of tumor evaluation

•MRS as a tool to understand underlying molecular heterogeneity of tumors

•Application of “Radiogenomics” to pediatric brain tumors
